What to expect in terms of the content, the schedule and style of delivery, the supplied materials, as well as the support structures, examinations, amount of homework and some other frequently asked questions.
The primary aim in designing the course was to make sure that the syllabus is delivered in a thorough but engaging manner. We understand that there are a variety of preferred learning mechanisms within any one group, and aim ensure that these are addressed wherever possible. Most sessions are more about doing than just sitting and listening - you can expect to be working on the charts within the first 30 minutes of the first class.
Our other emphasis throughout is to make sure that the skills, knowledge and understanding you gain will be relevent to those that you will need to skipper a boat.
Last but not least - it's got to be fun!
