VHF SRC Exams / Assessments

On completion of the RYC VHF SRC course (online or classroom), Nomad Sailing can conduct the VHF Assessment for you either as part of a scheduled group exam or 1:1 or in small groups on a date of your choice in Holborn, London or Gosport, Hampshire.

The exam process consists of some familiarisation time on the radios, a short answer and multiple choice written test (0.5 hrs allowed time), and some assessed radio work.

Prices:

Assessment as part of a scheduled group assessment (maximum ratio 4:1) : £40
Assessment 1:1 in Holborn on a date of your choice : £100
Assessment 1:1 in Gosport on a date of your choice : £80
Small group assessment in London or Gosport or London on a date of your choice : POA

The above prices do not include the RYA exam application/licence fee of £76 which is payable directy to them.

We will provide you with a revision guide and some practice questions prior to the assessment.
